Therapy is about restoring balance to life. Our approach is based on the belief that mind and body are integrated and that we all have a natural drive towards health and well-being.

Why hypnotherapy? Because the use of hypnosis in a therapeutic way can allow access to more of your mind’s power for healing or self development. Using powerful imagination to visualise and to feel a different way of being or behaving alters your responses next time the situation is encountered. This can be used to great effect to undo ‘errors’ in programming where a fear or anxiety state has been linked to normally safe objects or situations (phobias and panic attacks).

Instead, we seek to enable you to discover or restore your own resources and seek ways to activate your own innate health and balance. We can provide powerful ‘tools’ which you can use between sessions and which are specifically for you as a unique individual.
