Tim Mills BSc FRICS MHA SQHP
 |
Tim uses an integrative approach in all four disciplines
to enable clients to overcome barriers to self-fulfilment.
His principal approach is through counselling and
psychotherapy, offering different tools, techniques
and perspectives to achieve transformational change.
Hypnotherapy and coaching methods are used when appropriate.
All client relationships are founded in trust and
commitment and Tim assumes that clients are fundamentally
creative, resourceful and whole, he addresses the
client's whole life, follows the client's agenda
and creates an agreed alliance, building on the client's
strengths and insights about themselves.
There is an expectancy of transformational change
with clear attainable golas. The work undertaken
is the choice and responsibility of the client, understanding
that resistance and defences are an integral part
of the process.
Tim trained
with the School of Analytical and Cognitive Hypnotherapy
and Psychotherapy (SACH) and now provides
tuition for SACH Diploma and Advanced courses. He has
also trained with Penny Parks (Parks Inner Child
Therapy), Gil
Boyne, Anita Hall (Professional People Development),
David Quigley (Alchemical Hypnotherapy Institute)
and Dr. Bill Webster (Bereavement) and provides
services and workshops for individuals and
organisations
across the UK and Eire.

BA Hons Adv.Dip.Hyp. GQHP AAMET EFT-Adv HBCE
I qualified as a hypnotherapist, psychotherapist
and counsellor with SACH
International and am registered with
the General Hypnotherapy Register which maintains
standards
in
the practice of hypnotherapy. Since discovering the
use of EFT (emotional freedom techniques) for my
own healing, I have become ever more excited by this
simple yet profound and powerful self-help technique.
My commitment to self-development has led me to
undertake training in
bereavement
counselling,
EMDR,
advanced EFT techniques especially ways to
treat physical ailments, and the treatment of
anxiety
and
panic
disorders
and
depression.
I am also qualified in HypnoBirthing® for details
of which please see my web site Enjoy
Birth. I also
love teaching
and deliver workshops in stress
management, parenting skills and self-healing using
visualisations. I also run EFT groups around North East Suffolk
so that more people can benefit from this wonderful
energy
technique.
If you can't afford one-to-one sessions with a qualified
EFT/hypnosis practitioner, you could benefit greatly
from joining a group. Contact me for details on my Borrowing
Benefits groups in Halesworth, Bungay, Beccles
and Lowestoft.
EFT can also be done over the phone. Once you know
where to tap on yourself as we work, results can
be just as amazing as working face to face.
I do believe that we can all achieve our
heart’s
desire. The Law
of Attraction as depicted in the book and film
"The
Secret" has enormous application for therapy
work. When you are
not getting
what you
want, you need to look at what you are attracting
into your life through your vibrations. Often these
are rooted in fear learned from past experiences.
Together, we can explore and discover what has been
holding you back from the joy and happiness, health
and well-being that all people can experience. And
it can be great fun too!
In a safe and confidential environment, I can help
you to explore your thoughts, feelings and behaviours
and reach a clearer self-understanding so that you
can use your strengths to cope more effectively with
life by making appropriate decisions and taking relevant
action.

Anni Meehan MGBII, ITEC
 |
Anni qualified as a Holistic (Swedish) Massage
Therapist ITEC in 1991 and a Biodynamic Massage and
Psychotherapist
in 1995. She trained at the Institute
of Biodynamic Psychology in London.
The principal approach of the Biodynamic work recognises
the link between body and mind: physiology and psychology.
There is no separation.
Biodynamic therapy can be applied to resolve emotional
and psychological issues including grief, anger,
guilt, life after loss, low self esteem and lack
of confidence. It can help to improve relationships
by reducing emotional upsets (many of which have
their origins in the past) and help to overcome many
of the barriers to friendship and closeness which
can cause suffering, loneliness and isolation.
Biodynamic theory and practice recognises the fundamentally
healthy relationship between the body and mind and
our innate capacity for self- regulation, independent
wellbeing and self-healing.
• |
It emphasises the link between psychology and
physiology in understanding physical and mental
health and emotional wellbeing. |
• |
It is based upon understanding the balance
of the natural flow of energy between the body
and mind (bio ~ life, dynamic ~ movement) and
between the autonomic nervous system ANS (sympathetic
and parasympathetic), central nervous system
CNS and peripheral NS. |
• |
It regards any disturbance to this flow as
being the basis for distress, build-up of pain
and symptoms and the development of disease. |
Anni works with a variety of Biodynamic Massage methods
tailored to suit your needs, depending on your presenting
symptoms: Headache, stomach and back problems, insomnia,
addictions, are all physical manifestations of some
psychological / emotional upset. Getting ‘conscious’ about
the symptoms in a safe and structured way can bring
acknowledgement, relief from pain and access to your
vitality. Life is for living!
