Inspirational Leadership
Raising Consciousness.

Do not go where the path may lead, go instead where
there is no path and leave a trail.
-Ralph Waldo Emerson |
Traditionally, the emphasis when evaluating performance
has been on intellectual abilities. Given how much emphasis
is put on it, IQ explains little of achievement at work
or in life. There is strong evidence to suggest that
IQ has the least power in predicting success amongst
those who choose careers.
Emotional Performance is the
ability to understand and recognise our own and others’ emotions
and feelings, giving us choice in how to view and manage
our relationships
and ourselves.
