Effective Meetings/Leading Discussions
When meetings/discussions are conducted well they are no longer or
frequent than necessary, the outcomes are clear and all concerned feel the progress
made.
Conversely, we have all experienced unnecessarily long
meetings or emerged feeling confused or frustrated or both.
This training is designed to enable delegates to learn
how to improve the planning, content, conduct and outcomes
of meetings for which they are responsible.
